Samsung Galaxy S21 Gaming Review, Graphics, Heating and Battery Drain 🔥🔥🔥

Hello friends welcome to technique. This is here and in this video we're going to do the gaming performance test of the Samsung Galaxy s21, so Samsung Galaxy s21 is the smartphone under the s21 series. This is the base model. The s21 is the base model price 69 tripling. Then you get the x21 plus, and then you also have the s21 ultra. So we have also done the gaming performances of the s21 ultra, so do check out that video now in this video we'll be uh covering the gaming aspect about the s21, and this again has an Enos, 2 and double zero OCTA core processor in India and uh, while in us this is powered by the uh snapdragon 888 OCTA core processors.

Now the variant we have is 8 gigabyte, ram and 128 gigabyte storage, 6.2 inches full HD resolution display will be playing with 120 hertz super shade. It has a 4000 my capacity battery and one UI 3.1 with android 11. , so we'll be playing three games: uh asphalt, 9 uh, dead, trigger 2 and cod mobile and let's see if this device uh heats up while gaming and also the battle drain after playing these games on the s21. So that's what we are going to talk about in this video. So if this is your first time on, this channel does hit that red subscribe button and also hit the bell icon to get notified of all the videos we publish.

So let's get started with the gaming of the s21, so we have the Samsung Galaxy s 21 with us. So this is the variant. So let's just check the about phone. You can see Samsung Galaxy s, 21 5g variant, and this is running on the android 11. So that's the version, so we're going to test the gaming performance.

So let's see the temperature so around 35 36 degrees is the temperature right now and back panel also around 36.5. So that's the temperature. We are looking at now. Lets uh start the gaming, so we'll be playing asphalt, 9. First then, we'll move to cod mobile.

So let's play asphalt 9 first before starting the game, you can see that the battery is at around 79 percentage. So there you go, you can see here.79 percentage is the battery right now. So lets uh play for around 40 45 minutes and see how much battery drain happens. So 79 percentage is a battery and around 36.5 is the temperature. So let's get started with asphalt 9.

So so so after asphalt 9, let's see the temperature, so it has gone up to 48 degrees. That's some intense temperature rise of 48 degrees, uh, and here you can see that it is 47.2 so uh. It still has that uh issue of overheating. Even with uh asphalt, 9, you can see it has gone up to 49 degrees uh. So that's some high uh heating happening so 49 degrees towards the back panel, and so that's it.

So you can see it's increasing on a higher uh. You can also see that the display is also around very high above 46.47. In fact, it went up to 48. Now it's slightly uh lower. So you can see that the back panel heats up a lot, so there is a bit lot of overheating happening similar to what we saw on the Samsung Galaxy s20 FM variant.

So here also, you can see here uh. There is definitely a lot of heating happening, so we played just for 10 minutes in fact 8 to 10 minutes we played, and it went up to 49 degrees. That's massive overheating with the Samsung Galaxy s20 uh, s21, uh 5g variant with Enos 2100 chipsets now uh interesting thing is that with a Samsung Galaxy s20 ultra, we didn't see this kind of heating. So there is some difference in terms of probably software tweaks. We are not really sure, but this is definitely overheating.

Uh with a very high temperature 49 degrees. Next, lets uh move on to cud mobile. So we are starting uh cod mobile. So you can see here graphic quality we are set to very high and max that's the maximum possible uh fps max frame rate and graphic quality is very high. So let's see how this works out, so you can go with high as well.

So we're just going with the maximum available. Hey back up is so hmm return to the battle. So do now, let's check the temperature, so you can see that uh, the back panel uh it's crossed 50 degrees, that's something awful about this device, so you can see that it is crossing 50 degrees in terms of heat, so there you go. Uh has cross in fact 51 degrees, that's something really high uh 51 degrees temperature. So there you go, it has crossed 51 degrees.

That's massive temperature increase. After like 40 minutes of gaming, we played with a higher frame rate now display temperature is slightly lower. You can still see that it's very high. You can't actually play you, can see here, 47 48 degrees. So it's about that temperature.

So definitely a lot of heating happening, and you can actually feel this heat. It's definitely heating, and you can actually feel this now. Many of you have has just previously also so many of you have asked us to previously also the room temperature, so our room temperature is around 32 degrees right now, while we are uh gaming. In fact, this shows 28 degrees, but our internal room temperature is around 30 31 degrees, so outside temperature is around 28 degrees. So, even with that temperature, it's going up to 51 degrees, that's massive heating happening, and we played with the highest possible graphic rate and also 120 hertz refresh rate.

We didn't see this kind of heating on the s20 ultra, but s20, or rather s21 ultra, but the s21 heats up a lot, and this is definitely not a really great device for gaming, and you can see that in 40 minutes of gaming, in fact, 45 minutes of gaming from 79 it came to 56 degrees, so almost like a 23 percentage drop in around 45 minutes of gaming. So that's also on the highest side. So definitely we won't recommend for gamers. The Enos 2100 heats up a lot on the s21. We didn't see this issue on the uh s21 ultra we're not really sure what is different but again the same condition we tried and s21 ultra was not heating, while the s21 heats up a lot like 51 degrees, that's massive heating happening, so that is the heating uh battery drain and also the gaming performance of for the s21.

While the gaming performance was pretty good, there was no lag such but a couple of times. The frames were dropping, but not a major concern, but the heating is a concern unless you're playing in a conditioned room uh. This is in their device recommended. So that's it for this video. This is normal signing off thanks for watching hope to see in our next video have a great day.
