Samsung Galaxy Mystic White Z-Flip - OMG 😲

What's up guys, this is Sammy geek back here with another video, and I have today in hand the z, flip, 5g and white. It is an exciting day for me. I'm really happy to see this in hand, and this is the unboxing video, because I'm not going to go through an unboxing for you guys, you've seen 10 million unboxing, you don't care about that. You just want to get to the phone, but there is one little thing I wanted to share with you guys I kind of thought this was cool. This was a little pamphlet or flyer that came with the phone and I loved how they said here in the middle paragraph that uh the z flip uh 5g changes. The mobile experience is for those like you who stand out from the crowd for the expressive, the bold and the rule breakers.

I love that because that's exactly what this phone is designed for are the folks that do want to stand out from the crowd and essentially are the rule breakers. I'm gonna talk about it in a minute, but of course there are some drawbacks to this phone, but uh. Furthermore, I apologize for you seeing my messy office here, but without further ado. This is the beautiful white Samsung flip 5g see if I can get you guys, some good lighting here. So this thing is really really really nice.

There's no other way to explain it. If the form factor and the feel of it. I am absolutely in love with uh. It does have a matte finish to it and uh kind of has like an in certain lights. You kind of see like a red hue, almost like a red or kind of purplish.

It's its pretty cool um, but what I really like is the outside. I like the kind of two-tone here, like the that's almost. How do I say this? It almost has like a purplish very light hue on the metal along the outside, but it's mostly silver along with then, of course, the white and kind of the pearl essence. If you want to call it that, but it's just something: I've never seen before, at least on any phones that I've had. I believe Samsung has had something like this before, but this mat is freaking awesome.

It just feels great in the hand it's a little tacky on the side, which is nice, it almost it's not super slippery at the moment, um and then again just giving the um you know giving that little finish or that like extra cool finish, is neat, so let me just flip it open. I have not even powered this thing up yet so um. This is what it looks like open. Obviously you guys have seen these a million times, but just want to make sure you can see the back. Let's see if I can get a little shine from the sun here, oh man, this thing I mean this.

This is just no lie. This is a great looking phone, so very pleased with the white finish uh. As you can see, I don't have a lot to say about it. I mean it's a really great looking phone, I'm super pumped uh, the gray is my other would have been my second choice but yeah, it's bland and that's boring compared to the white. This thing is just this thing: thing's awesome, so uh.

If you guys want to stick with me, I'm just going to talk about a couple of things real, quick here. Uh I've been playing around with another. Let me just grab, oh, you know what I have left never mind. I left that one upstairs. I have another z-flip here as well.

It's the black one, it's the shiny, it's the original z-flip, not the 5g. I've been playing around with that for a couple of days and uh. So it's tough because I almost feel like I want to have my note, 20 ultra and this phone because number one, if I'm doing anything where I could be near sand dirt, water or anything like that, I would want my note 20 ultra with me and then the other thing is, if I'm going somewhere, where I think I'm going to take a lot of pictures. Obviously the camera is a lot better in the note 20, but there's one problem in that this phone has a bit of a narrower uh display. So if I's kind of a caveat, because if I use this phone for a while, I get used to it right, that's great, but then, if I go back to the note 20 ultra and the bigger display ratio, that's really probably going to mess with me, and then it's going to be hard to go back.

You know to again a narrow display, so I was thinking about uh how I was going to solve that problem, I'm not quite sure yet, but once I start using this phone, I kind of need to stick with it, because I don't want to go back and forth to that more regular um aspect ratio and then go back to this, and I'm going to be like, oh, my god. It feels so narrow compared to the other phone, so uh we'll see uh, but this phone. Obviously it's not waterproof whatever I don't care, I'm not going to splash it in a glass of water um. I will take care of it. I'll be pretty gentle with this, but uh battery life is not gonna, be as good, and the cameras are nowhere near as good as the uh note, 20 ultra so um.

Furthermore, I'm definitely going to miss that, but this folding factor I mean that is just rocking. There's no other way to explain that I mean just as I'm walking through the store or whatever. Usually I got this huge phone hanging out of my head in my hands now I can just kind of palm it like this and uh. It just looks great even matches like the watch band and stuff by the way I'm changing, watches back to Samsung watch. That's another point because I don't want to have to flip this open for everything.

Now I get text messages on my Garmin watch, but they're not as good. I can't silence, alarms and things like that with my Garmin watch I'll- be able to do that with my Samsung watch, so I figure uh. If I do not open this as much, then that's another win in my book, because I look at my phone a lot and I do a lot on my phone uh if I can set this thing down, even if it's another extra 20 minutes or half an hour in the day when I'm not staring at my phone, you know quick, take a look at a text message or whatever on my watch. That's a win in my book! So yeah there are some drawbacks to this, but, as I mentioned in my previous videos, if you have your phone parked, meaning in your pocket in your hand on the table, eighty percent of the day uh, you can leave this guy. You know in your pocket or in your palm on the desk or whatever it's.

It takes up a lot less space. So you get to utilize the advantage of this phone most of the day, and I have my phone with me: practically 24 7. So when you open it, when you're driving the phone per se, yeah you're not going to get the better camera, yeah you're not going to get the wider screen or the better aspect ratio. So that's where you're going to have a few drawbacks to the phone, but again 80 of the day, you're carrying your phone with you. So then you see an advantage 80 of the day.

So that's where I'm at right now guys and uh. Hopefully, you uh appreciate the uh video here and the feedback. Hopefully that's helpful for anyone kind of considering uh this phone. This phone is definitely not for everyone. So if you uh throw around your phones, if you're, not if you're, not in on the bleeding edge of technology, you probably are not going to be rocking a flip or a fold, so you're- probably not watching this video anyway, but I thought I would share what the white one looks like I'm going to give this thing: freaking 10 stars uh all day long for the design man this thing by far, probably the coolest phone.

I guess you know as far as how it looks. It's probably the coolest phone that I've ever seen or used uh, just because it's sleek, slim small, looks great, looks cool in the hand. Um I mean seriously uh 10 10 out of 10. For that. As far as usability goes, I mean that's more like I don't know, not usability, because usability is great.

That's that's unfair features. I'm going to give it a know, probably a five out of five, because it is missing the better camera. It's missing dual speakers: it's got a small battery. The list goes on. The screen is bright and beautiful, but uh.

If it does scratch up, you're going to be replacing 20 screen protectors, pretty quick, so the phone's not for everyone. But anyway, if you guys have any questions. Uh hit me up in the comments below, and I appreciate you guys watching, and hopefully you enjoy seeing the white Samsung. I always want to call it the fold, but the flip. Alright peace out guys talk to you soon.
