With another unboxing and review, so we have another Redmi 9 series. I reviewed the Redmi 9 Redmi 9a, and now it's time to review the Redmi 9c. This is basically a ninja something between the Redmi, 9a and Redmi. Nine, yes, which is fascinating. Redmi nine an is selling around one hundred dollars. Redmi nine is selling around what 140 150 dollars.

This one is selling for the price tag of 130. What a much 135 dollars uh, where I got it from it- is the wireless space ninjas. This is a kind of new site which I'm working with you. Can they have perfect, affordable prices ninjas? They are not kind of more expensive than the other side. They are exactly almost the same price, but what is cool about them that they offer three day two shipping for all orders ninjas.

So, yes, it seems that the shipping is for free bro, which is that's crazy in the corona time. That is, that is honestly, crazy. That's crazy! Anyway, uh you'll have the buying links in the description to purchase by the way we'll be reviewing. The three gigabyte drive variant with 64 gigs of storage. Uh, let's go ninjas, let's see here.

What do we have in the box like Siberia? This is the Redmi 9c, very economical, classic. Look there you go! So what do we have in the box? I mean everything is visible there for you on this table a smartphone charging cable charging plug basically charger charging. Brick, we have manuals, we have the pin. Unfortunately, you do not get the screen protector or a case included for this price tag. Remember that and also the charger it is, that is the micro USB.

This is probably an old charging technology, uh 5 volts equal to ampere's 10 watts. So this is 10 watts charging. Yes, remember that 10 watts charger included in the box itself. Okay, I'm not bad uh. What else we can tell you here so yeah, the main selling points of the Redmi 9c are the AI triple cameras.

Ninjas. We have triple cameras on the back, like you see by stuff over here, very small, very small cameras man. I have to admit check this out very small cameras. We have a 6.53-inch, HD plus dot drop display, so this is HD plus resolution uh. Like the same with the Redmi 9a, we have a 5000 my battery, and we have a hello g35 which, with the halo g25 in the Redmi, note g30 yeah with Redmi nine a, so we will see the benchmarks, we'll see the camera screen.

Speakers gaming battery, you name it and also uh. Before I'm going into all those details, I just want to let you know that this is also doing unboxing review after the latest update and updated to the latest one, and these are basically the kind of the vlog, the log there optimize system performance and improve system, security and stability. So, let's see here on the right side, we have volume, rocker and power button on the bottom type, micro, USB port microphone and, of course, one speaker, one microphone, one speaker and just we have a dual sim acceptable slot and SD card half terabyte in just yes, half terabyte, it goes inside it, and we have a 3.5 millimeter headphone jack. We have triple camera setup on the back which we're going to talk later on. I don't want to bother you right now. I mean phone like that. Maybe the buttons I think the buttons are from uh from metal. I think they are. They feel like metallic yeah anyway. So, let's move now to the screen, we're gonna just before that uh we're going to show you here.

What do you do with the screen itself in the display? What kind of options you have right? The brightest level? Of course, this one has an uh of course, sensor, light sensor, sunlight mode. Oh, it has a sunlight mode, adjust brightness to strong ambient light when automatic brightness is off. Okay, they have that color scheme can go saturated standard and outro, and you can choose from here warm custom or default. I use cool what else we have dark mode with the Redmi 9c, of course check this out beautiful, I'm going to disable it for now text, size, control, center notification, full screen mode, auto rotate screen. Also, we can enable that and full screen display.

If you want to do a system, navigation buttons or full screen gestures yeah, you can do that anyway, let's go now to YouTube here we go the screen itself. You're going to be satisfied by the screen for this price tag. Just honestly, I can't see a difference between the Redmi, nine and maybe nine screens at all Redmi 9c and Redmi nine. So this is a 6.53 inch, dot drop display, like c by stuff. It has it's connected with the frame, so it's not a whole punch or in-hole punch screen camera of code, like that 720p plus resolution with the Redmi 9c, we have 70, comma 8, NTSC 1501 aspect ratios, 400 nit brightness, so this is the maximum brightness for the outer use.

It's okay. I mean for the price tag: it's okay, it's not like you can get like uh humidity does yes, humidity does offer brighter screens for this price tag, but that's a different story for now. Anyway, this it does have a TUV painless certification from Germany for the blue, light protection or reading mode. This year and like we already mentioned, we have a full screen gestures, so the viewing angles are okay decently, just decent the technology is improving. Oh, I remember the IPS screens like four years ago.

Oh, my god that the screens uh were like completely different colors, and you could barely see anything from a different angle and from here look you see myself. This is still visible from different angles, still visible again, not the same as directly, but it's still visible enough. This is not all that this is not on it. You should be completely satisfied with this price tag. Like I said here for this price tag.

Yes, humidity will give you better display quality. Remember that, but this is Redmi. It does offer more much more okay, we're going to test touch sensitivity. What I said the Redmi offers much more. What I mean by that I mean which is very important for the people.

It is the updates in just the future updates this phone for sure will get an android 11 with the mini 13. I hope so because usually most of the Xiaomi smartphones, they do get an upgrade while the humidity phones, it's very, very difficult- that they're going to get a new android upgrade. Maybe OTA update for the uh, basically current version, but future updates. I don't think so, and it touches the sensitivity response is spot on here for the Redmi 9c, okay. So it's time to test the speakers, the audio review of the Redmi 9c, let's begin max volume YouTube is beautiful, beautiful the sound is very nice.

The quality is there in just the loudness all together. Loudness and the quality will give it seven and a half score for this price tag. Uh. Yes, ninjas! It's decent! It's decent! Furthermore, it's not something really amazing, but it's decent for this price tag. Furthermore, it's completely acceptable.

Let's check the headphones. Okay testing, the headphones max volume, also giving seven and a half score for the headphones for the volume output. Ninjas, it's okay! It's decent again! Nothing! Something amazing this decent for this price tag. By the way I am using really cheap, uh, halo earphones. They are like eight dollars, I think so, probably going to get better experience, better quality with more expensive ones.

You can just we do have here also a radio FM with the halo g35, and it works in just like you see by stuff, it's working beautiful. Of course, you can select here. Also switch to speaker, if you want to do that. Oh yeah, let's go with the mic test recorder. Okay, I just recorded something.

Lets this is play. It checks my check test with the Redmi 9c. My mount is 40 centimeters away one two one two: this is the mic check with the Redmi 9c. My mouse is just few centimeters away check, check, check, check the quality and, let's check the noise in the back, not bad, since it doesn't have a noise cancellation microphone. It will pick up a lot of noise in the back, but the system it is optimized well with the mew.

So it's not you're not going to feel a lot of noises like very, very heavy kill noise in your ears ninjas, even if it doesn't have a noise cancellation, not bad. This is a decent score: seven and a half for everything for the Redmi 9c in the audio review. Let's go next, okay, so it's time to talk about the performance ninjas. What do we get regarding the speed here? So we do have fresh out of the box mini 12 android, 10 uh. Yes, regarding the chipset I already mentioned in unboxing, it is the hello g35.

So this is an OCTA core chip clocked at 1.8. It has a GPU power, VR 83, 20 uh, and we're going to just go through the idea 64 quickly, just to show you if you're interested. This CPU is built on 12 nanometer chip technology. Here we have the power VR GPU 720p resolution. We can go to the system.

This is a 3gb ram variant. Remember that so this is, it has a 3gb GB ram, and it's a ddr4x and has 64 gigs of storage. That is basically uh. EMC 5.1 we're gonna just go quickly here to show you sensors. This is also very important, doesn't have a gyroscope, doesn't it doesn't have a gyroscope? It doesn't even have a magnetometer check this out, and just this is really kind of bad.

In my opinion, for this price tag not having a gyroscope, it is a con. You have to mention this. This is not a. This is a con which is really, really sad, reviewers in 2020 uh. Somehow they just think that something is more important.

Like you know, they don't even mention these stuff anymore. I don't know why they get like really lazy to mention something like that. The gyroscope is very important in many cases, just for many much different stuff yeah anyway uh regarding the camera battery. We're gonna just talk about that in a minute, but let me just show you regarding the device info HW a lot of people, love uh, love. When I show these applications because they're full of the details, you can just pause this video, remember that and when you just so yeah like we mentioned uh, it does have a SD card expression up to half terabyte anyway.

Let's now do some speed tests, but I will open reopen open these apps, and we're going to do the opening with it to check the ram stability with 3gb ram with six apps. I almost forgot man very important thing. It is the benchmarks for some people uh, if you're wondering regarding the hello g35 benchmarks. Okay, this is good bro. This is perfect. Decent speeds, 3 GB ram and 6 gigs, the six uh apps every day. Apps are running good here I am I'm I'm happy. I'm happy about this result seriously.

I'm happy about this result beautiful! Thank you Xiaomi. So just remember regarding the Redmi 9c, it has only 2.4 g connectivity, it doesn't have a dual-band Wi-Fi and this halo g35. It has a Bluetooth four versions. It does have a VoLTE GPS AGP as goodness and Baidu, which is very interesting. I'm gonna just show you we're gonna.

Now we're going to go, of course, to the security, and we're going to check. What do we have? We do have a face unlock, and we have fingerprint sensor that is cool, so we're going to test. Now, with the fingerprint I'd okay, let's go with the fingerprint sensor, so we don't have that sound of unlocking. Maybe I need to enable it. Let's check this out.

I don't even feel any vibration whatsoever, maybe when only when uh there is a successful attempt. This fingerprint sensor circle is very, very small bro one of the smallest in the world. Uh, I don't know. Maybe this is the surface of the recognizer and recognizing the finger, probably maybe low cost, or something like that. Now, the less than just out of 10 attempts.

I did have one unsuccessful, but maybe that's because I didn't put my fingerprint correctly. It is a small circle on the back, but it is running good. It's running good and unlocking the unlocking speeds are really fast. Let's go to face I'd okay, so that's around one. Second, just one second again for this price tag: this is what you get ninjas.

You can't ask for faster flagship level speeds, so this is completely acceptable. I mean nice, not bad, decent, decent. Let's move on okay, so the battery life ninjas of the Redmi 9c. So we have around 6.5-inch screen HD plus resolution, and we have a 5 000 image battery with this piece.10 watts fast charging. So yes, remember that 10 watts fast charging like this one.

If I couldn't call it fast charging, probably next year, they will add at least minimum 18 watts. In my opinion, they should add in next year uh with their Redmi 10 and 81. That would be crazy if they still have 10 watts. Man, in my opinion, for 130, they should add at least 20 18 watts, but hey ho I mean charging speeds in just around three hours, not less than three hours three hours and ten minutes from zero to one hundred percent. Remember that uh time screen on time for the gaming uh for the gaming affords regular use.

You could get around 11 hour screen time for the gaming around seven hours in just but not playing PUBG constantly, for you can't play PUBG constantly for seven hours, you're, not only mine, like you mix up different games running around seven hours. This is a really great result and like with the Redmi 9a, I'm completely satisfied overwhelmed. If somebody wants to have an if you can't afford more than this price tag, if you want to have a battery piece, this is it and if you want to buy yourself a secondary smartphone for a battery backup, this is also it and just crazy. Just crazy uh basically results for the Redmi 9c. Okay, now we're going to move to the camera department.

So, on the front we have a five megapixel f 2.2, with the field of view of almost 78 degrees, the front selfie, camera ninjas, and on the back we have triple cameras. Like we mentioned with the videos itself, I'm going to show you here the settings. So on the back cameras, we have 30 megapixel main camera, I'm going to bring it back like you see myself, 720p and 1080p video resolutions, 30 fps, maximum frame rates, uh, f, 2.2, 75, 75 degrees, field of view. We have 2 megapixel micro lens, yes, and we have a depth sensor for the pupa pictures, which is a 2 megapixel, 2.4 f. Basically, anyway, we have single flash video recording, like I mentioned, only two resolutions, and basically that's it.

Unfortunately, you do have an AI AI option, but you don't have a night mode with the Redmi 9a Redmi 9c and Redmi nine. With these the three models, you don't have a night mode like you see by self there's no night mode, maybe because I don't know they didn't implement it or maybe the chipset is just weak for the night mode. I don't know just I don't know uh anyway. Okay, just this is the Redmi 9c camera test. Full HD 30fps is the maximum resolution. Of course, this is a cheap phone. Doesn't have a video stability, like example, Redmi Note series have beautiful it's kind of an alternative between Redmi 9a and Redmi, nine, the regular version or the prime version like that, because it is more the expensive one, and it has it has a better chipset. The quality is okay for this price tag.

You're not gonna, get anything better than the Redmi nine. It's similar seriously. Almost maybe the same we're gonna check here. I need consumables watch out nice. Okay, the shooting is smooth have to admit, with this gun.

Okay, we're going to test asphalt, 8, unfortunately, asphalt 9 is not available in play, store for the Redmi 9c and hello g35. Very weird. There are uh Redmi 9 indeed has a better speaker, really knife: okay, ninjas! For the end, the conclusions should you buy the Redmi 9c over the Redmi nine uh. If you want to go a little cheaper? Yes, if you want to go a little cheaper, you should, but in my opinion ninjas you should you just- should simply pay 10 15 more and get yourself Redmi 9. If you already have that money just buy it and just it is a better device.

I don't know why Xiaomi get like three models. Just this is getting crazy and a little annoying that they produce like Redmi, nine and e9c. Let me I think they even have a Redmi 9 prime, if I'm not wrong. Yeah, so again it's a decent phone. It's a decent phone.

I do recommend it, but it's really hard like to recommend it like 100, fully when there's a Redmi nine, which is just 10 dollars more expensive, again, 64 version, maybe it's 20 more expensive, but you could get yourself the 32, gigs ROM variant and with three gigs of ram, the Redmi nine, which is something for the same price tag though, and halo g80. You get that with that one man come on. It's its! It's not bummer! You should just go with the Redmi uh nine uh Redmi nine for the price tag, but if you do want to have these basically these features 5000 and 720p resolution plus to have basically a low consumption uh chipset.
