Pixel 2 XL- Blue Tint Fixed? Old vs. New Comparison

What's up party people Android stud here, and I got the pixel to excel. Does it still have that blue tint? Let's compare it to one of the ones that I pre-ordered back in October. Let's see alright, so we're going to check this out. Man I got a new pixel to excel from Google and I just got this in the mail. So this is a newer version of the pixel to excel, so I'm, hoping that this one is going to have less of the blue effect, and it doesn't have this all feeling all blue those that us with haven't. If I have a pixel I pre-order the pixel on launch alright.

So this is my pick host pick, so I got on pre-order I got this back when they first came out, so this is one of the first batches, so I put a white wallpaper on this and, as you can see now, if you could see the blue tint, but I haven't all-natural I haven't changed. I haven't saturated the colors on this, because I want to compare it to the other one as far as just having the color and that kind of thing. So you know, I can see a blue tint when you tilt a little to the left, or you know to the side here, not really that much there. This is a total wall. This is a total, the white wallpaper, as you can see, so that's the difference.

Now, I'm going to show you the new one. I got, so you could see the difference, and then I'll compare the two. You tell me if it improved alright. So this is the newer pixel that I picked up from Google. This one was manufactured in December and I just received it this week.

So this is a newer model left the warehouse end of December. So here's the screen here these this is on without the color, saturated or boosted. This is the natural look. The color, as you can see here. If you go into settings, go down to where's that a display advanced colors.

You can see that you have the natural selected we're going to select both unsaturated, but I come on to do comparison of them being the same. Alright, so here I have both them. This is the one that got back in October. This was the priority unit. You could see the blue ten on this.

This is the newer one that I just received from Google. It was manufactured in December, so the screen should improve we're going to turn both these bad boys on. Tell me what you think there you go, I think the one on the right has a little less blue tint. This has more of a regular color are supposed to have you tell me what you guys think there's the newer one. This is the older one.

I put a white wallpaper just so you kind of get the idea. This is the drawer. Now what we're going to do is we're going to go to settings, and we're going to set up the saturate color I'm, not gonna worry about boosted. Because boosted is more it's like a second level, so it doesn't really matter for comparison's sake. I mean it does, but I either use it on saturated or on natural, so we're going to put the old one on saturated boom, and then we're going to put the new one on saturated and boom.

So there we go shoutout to team 100 blowing up the phone there. It is there you go there. You go alright. Now for comparison, makes, I pulled up a website there, just to kind of give you guys to see. If you see any kind of color shifts, and then you have this one here named phone bro I mean I could see a little of a difference on the newer one, a little bit little bit.

Also, when you sparked up the phone a little but yeah man, that's it I just want to kind of give you guys a little of an update on the pixel to excel and the blue 10 issues. I, don't know! If you see much, this is the new one to me. It has improved some. It's not dramatic this one over this one. The saturated settings helped a lot, but you know if you hook up their wallpapers, you go on your wallpapers, get some of that that goodness there you go baby blue tint for the win.

Let's check it out. The one thing I did notice about the pixel launcher kind of puts like a grayish transparency on the bottom of these phones, the pixel to excel. So what I did I'll show you? What I did is if you go into settings, I use, nova, launcher and nova launcher takes away that grayness that you see from the pixel launcher. So if you go to default apps, and you pick home launcher nova launcher boom. Now you see how it's real, nice and clean.

But if you go here, it's a little like gray on the bottom of the pixel to excel. Now there it's nice and clean, look at the colors on that I mean that's just beautiful pixel to excel for the win. FTW, kids, but that's it man. This is the old one she's going back. This is the new one she's staying in the rotation.

This phone is a beauty but I kind of just wanted to do an update, a video on the pixel to excel man to compare the two, the old and the new I think the new is a little better, not dramatically better. So if you really, if the blue tint really bothers, you never really bothered me the only thing that bothered me was the dead colors, and they fixed that with the saturation. So that's it. Man I'll talk to you guys later peace.
