New Samsung One UI Home Update Incoming - What's New? (ONE UI 3.1 and 3.0 Only)

Hey guys sock here from sake ticket in today's video. We have a quick update for our Samsung Galaxy smartphones. Now this update brings us the latest version of Samsung, one UI home, which is the home screen right here. So we do have three new improvements, a new feature, improved performance and enhanced stability. Let me show you what I'm talking about now to get the update. I want you guys to click the link down below it's going to take you to my website now at the website.

All you want to do. Are you want to scroll down just a little? Okay under download right next to link you want to click on the link? That's going to take you to the galaxy store to Samsung one UI home update page, and all you want to do. Are you want to click on update? If you don't see the update button, you probably are already up-to-date, or perhaps your phone does not support the latest version as of now so tap on, update, okay and that's going to update that real, quick, and I'm going to show you guys all the new features right off. The bat you can also see on the top here exactly what's new number one provides folder grid option menu. So now, when I go into my settings when I paste the screen- and if I go into my one UI home settings, you can see that we have a brand-new option that says folder grid now before we did not have this option.

All we had was three by four. So when I went to my folders, what we have is we have three columns and four rows, so I can fit up to 12 apps in a folder with this new update. Okay, when I go over here, I can now have a four by four, so that means I can have 16 items in a single uh folder. As you can see, we now have four rows and four columns. All right.

That's number one number two is something that I'm really loving, so that actually is improved performance when using the swipe gestures. Now, as you can see right now, I have the buttons for my navigation and a lot of people. Ask me: why do you have the buttons and not the gestures, and I'll, be honest with you? The performance of the buttons simply feel uh more snappy to me, but with this new update, it seems that they have actually enhanced the performance. So when I go to my display now and if I go to my navigation uh right here- navigation bar- if I go to my swipe gestures, the actual animation, speed and snappiness of the gesture seems to be much better okay. So when I go to the settings again over here, let me just bring that up again.

Let's just go home boom, okay, it just feels more snappy. Now I may actually switch from the buttons to the gesture style, I'm going to test it out for a couple of days and see what happens now. The last thing I want to talk about here with this update with the one UI home update uh. We do have some bug fixes and, of course, improved stability and again that enhanced stability also translates to better uh swipe gestures on your phone. Okay, I can feel the difference right away.

Okay, now I did test this on a bunch of phones uh. It seems to be on s21 note, 20, no 10, s10, and also it should be available for a 71. But if I go to my settings and if I go into about home screen, you will notice. Let me see okay, so the latest version is going to be 12.1.01.15, that's the one you want to get for these latest enhancements and, of course, a quick shout out to my buddy, Adam Beltr?n, on Twitter uh. For letting me know about this update.
